Batangas Adobo ( Beef )
Ingredients:
1/2 kg. beef
200 gm beef heart
100 gm beef liver
1/2 kg pork
1/2 - 1 c white vinegar, depending on acidity
1 small head of garlic, cloves peeled
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp atsuete soaked in 1 c warm water
cooking oil

Instructions:
Cut all meats into serving pieces. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Put in beef and beef heart. Let cook for 20 minutes. Add pork, beef liver and atsuete water ans simmer until tender. Strain meat and garlic and set sauce aside. Brown the garlic and meats in hot oil. Pour back sauce, continue to simmer until sauce thickens.
