Sinigang Pork Ribs (Soup)

2 pounds pork spare ribs,
8-10 cups water
1 packet sinigang broth (available in all asian stores)
2 tsps salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
i bunch spinach leaves, cleaned
radish (optional)
Wash pork and cut thru each rib. Place all ingredients, except for spinach and radish (optional), in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until pork is tender. If adding radish, add 10 minutes before done. Turn off heat and then add the spinach leaves.

Serve with fish sauce (patis) on the side.
