1 lb large to medium size shrimps, peeled with tails on
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 shallot, minced
Clean the shrimps by making a cut on its back and removing the vein, the black thread-like substance.

Saute the shallot in butter for about 1 minute. Add the shrimps and saute until opaque for about 1 minute. Add the crab paste and lemon and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve as appetizers or with hot rice.
